Liability

While we take every precaution to provide quality cleaning services, Britannia Cleaners Ltd is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, garment defects, or special treatments not disclosed by the customer.

Our liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the value of the service provided or the retail value of the garment, whichever is lower.

Garment Collection and Storage

Clients are responsible for collecting garments within 30 days of notification of service completion. Britannia Cleaners Ltd may charge a storage fee for items held beyond this period.

Eco-Friendly Commitment

We proudly offer eco-friendly cleaning options. Please specify if you prefer these services when submitting your garments. While environmentally conscious methods are used, they may affect cleaning times.

Same-Day Express Service

Our same-day express service is subject to availability and additional fees. Please confirm eligibility at the time of drop-off. We cannot guarantee express turnaround during peak periods or holidays.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
